Pat Anagnostakis is a partner in the firm with over 30 years of law practice experience.  She represents individuals and families in cases against doctors, nurses and hospitals that have harmed her clients through negligent or reckless conduct.  However, a large portion of Pat’s career was spent representing insurance companies and health care providers in medical malpractice litigation.  This experience is incredibly value because it provides an “insider’s” view of the strategies and tactics employed by defendants in medical negligence cases.  In addition, prior to becoming an attorney, Pat was a nurse in both the Surgical Unit and Recovery Rooms of large hospitals.  This hands-on experience provides an excellent understanding of the complex medical issues commonly in dispute in malpractice cases.

Pat is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, a distinction earned by a small percentage of practicing attorneys.  It represents an attorney’s commitment to the highest ethics, and also that they have reached the highest level of professional achievement in the practice of law as determined by their peers.

“I believe my experience as an emergency room nurse provides great perspective on how emotionally difficult legal issues affecting the family can be.  It makes me work harder for our clients because I recognize that the result we achieve now will impact them for years into the future.”  Pat Anagnostakis
